
Rebecca Case-Lawler
Rebecca Case Lawler is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, veteran of the U. S. Coast Guard, and a United States Professional Tennis Association Elite 1 Coach. Her esteemed work in cognitive performance includes the U. S. military and athletes at all levels ranging from elite, collegiate, high school, and youth sports.
Born in McComb, Mississippi, Rebecca competed at the collegiate and elite levels in tennis. She was selected Mississippi’s Most Outstanding Junior Tennis player in 1991, 1992, and a Prince High School All-American in tennis in 1990, 1991, 1992. Additionally, Rebecca was awarded a full athletic scholarship for tennis to the University of Mississippi where the Lady Rebels were ranked top 25 in the nation and received her undergraduate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. After college, Rebecca became the Head Tennis Coach for the men’s and women’s program at Southwest Mississippi Community College. After a successful tenure, she accepted the Assistant Tennis Professional position at the prestigious Jackson Country Club in Jackson, Mississippi.
Following the events of September 11, 2001, she decided to serve her country and enlisted in the United States Coast Guard. Near the end of her enlistment, she suffered a crippling shoulder injury which inevitably became her defining moment of adversity, inspiring her to pursue two master’s degrees in Sport and Performance Psychology from National University and California University of Pennsylvania respectfully.
Rebecca practices in a non-clinical environment, coaching psychological skills for elite performance and increased self-efficacy. She genuinely connects with clients to identify personal triggers that lead to undesirable behavior responses, teaching them coping strategies to overcome adversities and get back to mental readiness and optimal performance. Additionally, she can analyze organizational climate to measure the attitudinal environment to enhance positive team cohesion. Furthermore, she can develop training curriculum, both in virtual and traditional presentation, to address cognitive and behavioral performance for complex and sensitive situations. The training supports actionable improvement strategies for increased resiliency, efficiency, and performance.
Rebecca’s most recent accomplishment is working as the resident Cognitive Performance Specialist with the U. S. Army Holistic Health & Fitness (H2F) program at Fort Johnson, Louisiana for the 3rd Brigade Combat Team (BCT)/10th Mountain Division. At H2F, she develops, implements, and evaluates psychological and resiliency skills training programs including leadership development, self-efficacy, stress management, memory enhancement, distraction control, emotional regulation, and numerous other skills that are designed to enhance the mental readiness for over 4000 soldiers. Furthermore, she continues to assist athletes all over the country with mental training increasing their mental acuity and ability to deal with adversities of competition. In addition, Rebecca is a certified Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) lead peer offering crisis intervention strategies for individuals and teams experiencing acute crisis.
Rebecca seeks to take the knowledge learned from her athletic competition and military experience to help others build the mental muscle necessary to overcome adversity and pursue their lifelong dreams.

Chad Lawler
Chad is a U. S. Coast Guard veteran, having honorably served over 28 years in executive leadership positions and emergency and crisis management. Additionally, he has earned a BS in Sport Management from California University of Pennsylvania and a MS in Leadership and Human Resource Development from Louisiana State University. During his esteemed career, Chad has been assigned to Search and Rescue, Maritime Law Enforcement, and Special Operations units across the country. To highlight, he had the privilege to serve as the Commanding Officer (CEO) of four Coast Guard Search and Rescue units, including U. S. Coast Guard Station New Orleans, one of the largest and busiest in the Country. Furthermore, he was touted as the organization’s “Emergency” Commanding Officer (CEO); when a Coast Guard unit was struggling and a change in leadership is recommend, top military officials specifically called upon Chad to assume command as interim leadership and get the unit back in good standing. Under Chad’s command, his units have earned the highest awards for being some of the most efficient and successful Coast Guard units in the nation.
Chad specializes in creating a positive organizational climate culture and developing talent through executive coaching and consulting. He has worked with the military, law enforcement, special operations, and business in organizational climate change, leadership development, and change management. Additionally, Chad is a certified Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) lead peer offering intervention strategies for individuals and teams experiencing acute crisis.
Chad’s mission is building personal relationships with clients and to impart time tested leadership knowledge and experience gained in the military and higher education to increase overall human performance that lead to optimal results.
